I'm sorry I'm not keeping up to date with comments right now: I've got three articles to write and a book to edit, and
I've lost a lot of work-time to the vile weather. I've scheduled articles to appear while I'm gone, and you can chat among yourselves for now: I promise to catch up with all that you've said as soon as I've got all this work off my hands. It shouldn't take me too much longer.
